Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality

Since 1973, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has served as the state’s regulatory agency charged with protecting, conserving and enhancing Wyoming’s land, air and water for the benefit of current and future generations.

The Office of State Lands and Investments which provides administrative and operational management of the DWSRF and CWSRF programs.

The Wyoming State Revolving Funds Program (SRF) consists of two separate loan funds that assist public entities with funding for water or wastewater infrastructure improvement projects. Our team assists public entities with loan application process for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and/or the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
