Nevada Division of Environmental Protection

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection’s mission is to preserve and enhance the environment of the State in order to protect public health, sustain healthy ecosystems, and contribute to a vibrant economy.

The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program (DWSRF) is founded upon the singular focus of assisting state drinking water programs and drinking water systems in meeting their responsibility to protect public health. The program provides loans for infrastructure construction to publicly and privately-owned drinking water systems in Nevada.

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) provides loans for infrastructure construction to publicly owned wastewater systems in Nevada. Loans can also be used to control non-point sources of water pollution.
