South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources
The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources administers SRF funds in South Dakota. The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program was established to provide low interest loans for drinking water projects. The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program was established to provide low interest loans to governmental entities for clean water and non-point source pollution control projects. The amount of funds available is dependent upon the amount of appropriations from the U.S. Congress and the amount of repayments from funds previously loaned.
