NMED<\/span>\u00a0manages the\u202f<\/span><\/span>Clean Water State Revolvin<\/span>g<\/span>\u00a0(CWSRF)<\/span><\/span><\/a>. The CWSRF program provides a source of low-cost financing for a wide range of wastewater and stormwater projects that protect surface and groundwater.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
