Arizona Water Infrastructure Finance Authority<\/h2>\n

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)<\/a> and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)<\/a> programs are federal-state partnerships. The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA)<\/a> is the administrator for Arizona’s DWSRF and CWSRF programs, providing communities a permanent, independent source of low-cost financing for a wide range of drinking water and water quality infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

The DWSRF program helps public and private water systems across Arizona meet the objectives of the SDWA by providing a permanent, independent source of low-cost financing. Under the DWSRF, WIFA provides various types of assistance, including loans, technical assistance, and forgivable principal. DWSRF loan terms vary and may include an interest rate discount and repayment periods of up to 30 years. Under the CWSRF, WIFA provides various types of assistance, including loans, refinancing, purchasing, or guaranteeing local debt and purchasing bond insurance and like DWSRF loans, terms vary and may include an interest rate discount and repayment periods of up to 30 years.<\/p>\n
